When will I get my order?

Do you carry bouffant scrub caps?
We specialize in bun caps, not traditional bouffants. Our designs are made for buns, ponytails, and volume, secure, comfortable, and cute without excess fabric.
What is your shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks (custom items may take slightly longer).
I put the wrong address, how can I fix it?
We allow address changes only within 24 hours of purchase.
After that window, orders cannot be edited, or refunded. Once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.
Are the caps satin lined?
Yes ofc! Our scrub caps are satin lined for comfort and hair protection, helping reduce friction, dryness, and breakage during long shifts.
Can I wear NRS BAE products outside of work?
Absolutely! Many of our accessories are designed to transition from work to everyday wear. Healthcare style doesn’t stop at the hospital doors.
Are your products restocked once they sell out?
Some styles are limited edition, while others may restock. If something sells out, we recommend joining our email or SMS list so you’re the first to know when it’s back.
